Q for Las Vegas Members
I plan to sell a Rem 870 locally, when I bought it I had to go through the Brady check, so even though I didn't get a blue card for it is it still registered somewhere in my name? Even though no blue card is involved would I have to due a transfer at a Metro substation when I sell it or would a simple face to face be OK?
