I don't run all the stuff all the time. Sometimes i use it with just irons and nothing more on it. Other times I put a 3-9X40 scope on top. Mostly though , I pratice short range CQB type shooting. Fast and multi tagets.

Do you use the IBZ with your irons?

Rocky, just wanted to show you a photo of my "Bushy". It started out as a base model 16, but as you can tell I slapped a few mods to it and placed a little ACOG on top. I sold it about 1.5 years ago, but seeing your rifle makes me want to go buy another one!! This time though, I'll definitely go with a flat-top model.

Los, nice looking AR. I went with the flattop and have never regretted it. Makes scope mounting much stronger. Not to mention the closer bore to sight line advantage.

No argument there rocky. You did it the right way !! There's a fellow on AR15 selling his FT Bushy (A3 w/handle) for 750 bucks. Looks like a good deal. I might just jump on it and make him an offer he can't refuse.

BTW, you got the skinny on EOTechs...??

Improved Battlesight Zero.

Basicly, you zero the irons at 50 yards instead of 25m.
