FFL?

Im looking to buy an AR15. While looking at the site and prices it says "FFL Required". Do I need a FFL if I buy from a local dealer in person? Sorry im new at all this. What all do I need to buy an AR off an internet site. Thanks

If you buy locally at a gun shop, you are buying from an FFL dealer. All you will be required to do is a back groung check.

If you buy off the internet then you'll need to make arrangments with your local FFL to do the transfer. This usually cost $30.00 and once it arrives, the local FFL will do the back ground check.

Ether way a back ground check is required.
