I got mine off a guy on ar15.com. But it is originally supplied by aiptactical.com.

I haven't shot it yet with the rails on there, so I might change my mind. But it feels fine just by messing with it around the house. I have a laserlyte left over, from before I discovered crimson trace, that I'm going to pop on there. Along with a light.

good job on picking up the shotty at a good price, and good job on the DIY coating

I got my patrol shotgun (wingmaster) at a gun show for $300, bought my 18" bead sight parkerized barrel for $100 from cheapter than dirt
