Notice the "shovel" handle actually spins.

One might think the handle looks unassuming, yet it probably contains space age spherical rod bearings and can spin at 100 rpms completely silent. Thereby allowing the user to seemlessly transfer the weapon from the strong side shoulder across the clavicle to the weak side shoulder when "cutting the pie" on a tactical entry.

Or it's just for shoveling ________.
