Para TTR

Para USA, High-Quality Handguns: Special Forces and Law Enforcement

Anyone have one of these? Impressions? Kinda think it might be better than Ruger's offering.

I think the MSRP is way too high (who knows what retail will be). If I were going to pay close to $2K for an AR, it sure as heck wouldn't be from Para Ordnance.

I saw one on Gunbroker going for $1600. That puts it close to the Ruger AR. I guess I kinda like the idea of the delayed impingement operating system better than the piston driven AR design.

Watch the video what they mean by "delayed impingement" and where the op rod comes into play and the "Manifold Injector System". I do like the idea of putting the recoil spring assembly someplace other than the stock. Kind of reminds me of the old ZM uppers.

The real issue will be QC and how durable the system is.
