Good AR book?

I want to buy a book to teach me all I need to know about the workings of my AR. Anyone recommend a good one?

I can tell what not to pay for, The Gun Digest Book of the AR Vol 1. I was not overly enthused with the content as far as the inner workings was concerned.

THIS may be something to look into.

No need to get all spendy to learn about AR's, just sit down and focus on compiling some good Google resources and you will learn everything you ever needed or wanted to know about the platform.

There's a lot of good information there.

Try http://www.wesponevolution.com Lower noise/signal ratio than arfcom.
