Otis kit obstruction removal tool
I have combed the CD and the website and have no idea how to use it or the patch keeper for that matter. Can anyone help me out? Thanks!!!

You run it down from the muzzle end and tap the stuck bullet or case out of the chamber. I used mine at the range one time a guy had a stuck case in a .243. He had actually gone to his car and came back straightening a coat hanger when I figured out what happened and what he was going to do. I got the stuck case out with my Otis cable. Could you imagine running a coat hanger down the bore of your rifle to dislodge a stuck case?
