Rust Prevention: Brownell's Article
Ol' WD-40 fares pretty well in this test.
Some potions didn't pan out. A cousin had no use for WD-40. Claimed it removed the finish from his Winchester Model 12 shotgun. More likely it was years of duck hunting coupled with the gun living in the trunk of his car. Brownells - World's Largest Supplier of Firearm Accessories and Gunsmithing Tools I've used RIG for over 30 years now and believe I'll stick with it. |

I recently bought Eezox based on the published comparison I read. Only problem I've found so far is that it seems to attract dust faster than CLP did.
