I have never tried Gunzilla

I don't understand what lubrication would be for. I use oil to clean the residue from the solvents after scrubbing but the oil isn't for lubrication.

I have a "no-scrub" sponge that I spray with WD-40 to wipe fingerprints off my gun after handling them, after showing them to people and to wipe down guns every month.

no problems, no rust and no fouling for 21 years!

A gun is a machine, and you need to lubricate metal on metal parts. If you shoot a lot and you "run your gun dry" you will find the thing will actually "lock up" and not go into battery.

I know because it happened to me during a USPSC shoot, if it happens during an emergency, I would almost guarantee it will ruin your day. During a gun fight there is no sound louder than "click"

I use Tribilogic <sp> Synthetic machine oil. If you use this stuff you will think you slide is floating on the rails.

It says $879 for a 12-lb container, when I look at it.

I use TW-25B, exclusively, and a 0.5 oz. syringe lasts me well over a year ($8.95).

A little goes a very long way.
