Not for normal gun cleaning or maintenance. Gun scrubber is great for blasting crud out of nooks and crannies but it also removes every trace of lubricant.

I'm more of a Hoppes guy. But I'm interested in how others like GunScrubber.

I use it. Clean to the bone then re-lube as needed.

It is TCE (Tetrachloroethylene) so don't get it all over your plastic. It will eventually break down the plastic parts. There are some other characteristics worth paying attention to while using Tetrachloroethylene - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

But I do sometimes use it on my metal parts and it works great. It is the same as Disc-brake cleaner.

I use it every once in a while for detailed cleaning. It does a good job getting where the brush and patches can't go. But like everyone else said it does remove every trace of lube.....

I really like it for cleaning a dirty, grubby slide. It does strip every bit of lube and will strip your hands too, so wear gloves! It also stinks the place up, so use it where you have plenty of ventilation.

I've found the regular stuff works well, the "polymer safe", not so much.

Exactly. Gunzilla is my main cleaning/lubricant agent for everything.
