Permissions error?

Hello all,

I have had this error since we switched hosting servers but I've just got around it by clicking to my User CP and then back to the Forums and everything's ok.

Today I searched for possible reasons for this, found the post about clearing cache/cookies/history/etc. I cleared everything and I still get this error.

Thoughts?

Hmmm - not sure as yet. Do you enable cookies so you don't have to log in each time? Does this error message come up on any specific forum? Or does it occur when you try and sign in?

Just looking for more info.

To add - I just switched you from primary group contributing to registered and added contributing as secondary. Let's see if that helps any. I wonder if you made a donation about time we changed servers.

Thanks, Chris! Whatever you did seems to have fixed me.

I use the auto login cookie and I would get that page every time I first connected to CC (Soon to be DC? :) Yep, I donated on January 22nd, 2007.

i forget who gave me the advice but just add this site to your favorites and you go right to the front page whenever you visit.
