Commenting on Pics?

I was at the gallery and I see that there is a stat for replies on pics.

So the question is how do you leave a comment on a pic in the gallery? And How do you read them?

The "comment on a picture" feature is currently turned off since mostly people just post the picture and then link it in a thread/post....

I pretty much just use the gallery as an "on site" Upload Repository for photos that I want to insert into my posts.

this thread made me notice the little camera under the avatar. pretty cool... how does that happen/get done?

Evidently Bumper just enabled it and it indicates that the member has images in the gallery. If you move the cursor over it the number of images the member has in the gallery is displayed. If you click it you will be taken to the member's images.

Yup, sorry, guys I am all over the place today working on odds and ends, looking for script modifications and improvements, researching some ideas and trying to get the store pulled together. I had already forgotten I had added that little feature, but it's exactly as George explained.....

I went back through the configuration on the gallery and since we don't have that feature turned on, I removed it from being displayed along with some other information that was unused.

Note: I just noticed I answerd this thread, initially, when I was logged in under "Shooter" my forum test account so that was my response....

no problem. i like the little quirks. keeps it interesting. as dr cmg explained to me, it just reinforces how everyone here helps out as much as they can and that plus the quirks, ...this is becoming the best there is out there. ...now where's my parting gift?
