Emoticons

I for the second time have a problem with using the emoticons. When I post or respond to a post I click on "go advance", then "more emoticons", then while scrolling through the list my PC goes ballistic, the screen flickers and will not stop. I tried "Alt, Ctrl, and Delete" for the task manager, but nothing happens, just flickering. I try to hit "Esc" and it keeps flickering. Any thoughts?

Quit clicking "more emoticons..." I did.

There's a bug in there somewhere, it doesn't like Internet Explorer, but works just fine for FireFox.

Nope, we all have the same issue when using Internet Explorer, regardless of version.

It is not a vBulletin issue, rather, as JD said, it's an Internet Explorer issue. I haven't seen this happen in any other browsers....
