I too want to welcome John and Matt to the chain-gang.
 Ask them, John, and they'll tell you that I tried to get them not to nominate you because now you won't have time to make my custom grips. I'm glad you have already mailed my new set or it might have been Christmas before I ever got them.  Actually, I think that both of you will make fine additions to the staff and look forward to working with you.
