Why close a post that is just starting ? Just because you might have been a member forever , everyone hasn't . As long as it fits the guidelines why not let it start , if you don't like it just skip over it . If it gets out of control close it . One person closing a post becaues they have seen it 100 times is wrong .
Ok let the beating begin , I just had to speak my mind .

Not searching before posting the same things is just wrong like starting threads in the wrong forum.

Also instead of posting another post that yep will get closed asking why a post was closed .. you should PM a member of the mod team .
