New post button question

Is there a way to change the number of posts it brings up? When I hit the button it only brings up 200 posts, That is about 24 hours worth of posts, so if you stop in every other day you miss quite a bit.

Thanks

You're probably already doing this, but when this happens to me (frequently), I just go to the main page and pull each forum up individually. The threads I have not yet read are in bold print.

I'm pretty certain the number 200 has been deliberately set by the administrators.

The 200 posts is an arbitrary number in a forum configuration, but one that can, if set too high cause some significant problems with performance. Two hundred is a fairly large number of thread titles to be read every time someone clicks New Posts, which is what happens.

I'm not positive, but I believe that if you go through 50 of those 200 threads and then refresh, you will get 200 again, but not including those 50 you just read.
