Is it against the rules
Is it against the rules to add a link in your sig line to your blog or website?
The rules say "Links in Signatures Linking to ONE commercial product/service related to our focus is allowable, provided it is not an affiliate program link. Multiple site links or promotional text for a commercial product or service is not allowed. Signatures must be kept low key." Just wanted to ask and make sure to avoid any infractions.

We don't mind links to regional or more specific firearms related sites. I like seeing links for the regional forums, others may see them and never know they existed.
The key is not to go over board and have like 12 links to your brother's cousin's girl friends fish bowl cleaning business etc. or other sites that are direct "competition" to us, IE other CARRY sites. |

One suggestion regarding signatures.
If you are going to post 5 times in one thread and you are posting three word sentences....we don't need to see your signature in every single post in that thread. Simply uncheck the the little "Show your signature" box and that will remove your signature from an individual post.

I personally can't stand the use of emoticons (especially moving ones) in signatures. Very distracting. Wish they were banned. Just my opinion.
