This page has a LOT of downloadable manuals. The closest one is the Supermatic 12ga (High Standard C1200). I would guess it is close enough to work for basic breakdown.

Sounds like the one I inherited. Though mine is a J.C. Higgins Sears 12 gauge.

It isn't really worth much money, but it's a great functional pump for shooting clays and makes a good loaner for SHTF.
