Best lube for aluminum frame?

I have a SA Micro, wondering what is the best lube to use after cleaning on the aluminum frame? Gun oil, teflon, or the all in one's that clean and lube.

i like a grease usually Brian Eno's Slide glide from all my guns but especially the alum framed one's

Millitec-1 works perfectly on all my gun's but especially my Ultra CDP. I don't use grease.

Your sure gonna get a bunch of greases/oils/lubs here.

For my Kimber CDP I use Tetra Gun grease or Abu Garcia Silicote Reel Lube. This is used very,very sparingly.

I feel that there are alot of great lubes out on the market. How much better can one be than the other ???? I feel......not by much.

Which is the very best ??

Probably the same as the best P/U truck,pistol round,or woman. ---------

I too now will stick to Militech1 or Mobil1 - grease and slides for me don't mix!

Guess I'm stuck in my old ways but I've been using STOS and/or Imperial Sizing Die Wax for a long time. Seems to work fine. In fact, the new Imperial Action Grease for guns is the same as the old sizing wax except its in a tube for easier use according to Redding.

Just my .02 worth but I have used Militech for years and wouldn't think of using anything else.

For most of my guns I've used remoil with good results. I have a Ruger p-944 that I've always thought had a rather loose slide to frame fit. I decided to try a grease on this gun to see if it would tighten things up a little. I just used a generic white lithium grease and was supprised at the difference it made. Side to side movement of the slide was greatly reduced. The grease also seems to stay put better if the gun is left to sit for a longer period of time.

On an older gun or one with a loose slide to frame fit a grease may be a good choice. I still mainly use remoil but I may experiment more with grease in the future.
