The muzzle blast is horrible. Even ear muffs with plugs don't dampen the blast much. And the over-pressure will blow your hat off your head.

But WOW!!
Remember in basic training when they fired the .50 over your head while you were crawling on your belly in the mud under a ceiling of barbed wire? It's a wonder they didn't set recruits on fire

Wow , my friends .50 didn't throw flames like that. What kind of ammo was being shot?

Yes, that's true Bumper, but I always liked it when I was in Vietnam to hear that 50 on the perimeter. Having that kind of firepower on your side was comforting.

God bless the MA-Duece and John Moses Browning

Yup, they do sound cool (and distinct) from a distance. I have fired thousands of rounds through one from the turret of an M60 and never got tired of it. Nobody was shooting back at me on the tank range, luckily.

Holy !@^%$ ....I've really had the urge to someday get a Barrett, but I've never fired or seen one fired. Your comments and the pics just popped that balloon for me. However, it looks like it might be a good "one-shot" effect to clear out an overcrowded shooting range, LOL. Damn.....ya sure wouldn't want to shoot that thing around anything flammable, and I certainly wouldn't want to wear any darn nylon garments either !

When the Duece opens up, the AK fire stops...

The first pic is cool but I am calling foul. I think it's been photoshopped.

Where is the shell? And the slide hasn't moved. And look at the hands. No tension, in fact, his wrist looks like it's being pulled down from the weight of the gun.

Just my 2 pennies and I owe someone change.
