Florida Teen Plots To 'Out-Do' Virginia Tech Gunman Cho Seung-Hui By Mike Baron Apr 19, 2007 A teen boy in Florida has been arrested for a plot to 'out-do' Cho Seung-Hui in a school shooting. The teen boy allegedly planned to kill 100 people in a school shooting, which is 67 more murders than Cho Seung-Hui in the devastating VA Tech Massacre. While police found nothing to indicate the boy was actually going to commit the mass murder, they're not taking any chances. The St. Johns County Sheriff's Office the boy, 14-year-old student at Bartram Trail High School, reportedly e-mailed a school shooting threat to a friend, claiming he'd top the Virginia Tech Massacre death count - by 67.
