Mike - good to read of the most positive outcome ....... this could all have been so very different.

We are all very happy and very relieved to hear this news. She is a sweet little girl and it seems she will be fine once she heals up.

As I said, the kids family is paying the medical bills.
I'm not sure what else can be done legally. They are exploring those options with their lawyer.

Thanks for all the prayers guys. Any more that you want to offer would be much appreciated.
You guys are the best.

Best news I have heard in a very long time!!!

She's home and resting comfortably. Doing very well. Feeling very good.

All in all about the happiest outcome we could have asked for in this rather bad situation.

Again, thanks for all the prayers guys and gals. Much appreciated.

Just saw this thread, very sorry to read about all of this. Seems to me there'd be grounds for some sort of criminal charges, wreckless endangerment, general stupidity - anything that would put the fear of God into that brat and his parents. The fact that he went outside shooting again right after wounding someone proves he's yet to learn his lesson.
