LBrombach;

I've forgotten things less important that this in the past. If I had not considered it and they were vulnerable, think of the heads up you would have given here and potential to fix an oversight. That would have been priceless if it happend to be the case.

I really do appreciate the heads up, thanks again, it was a good call to ask sir.

Thanks for the thoughts from everyone here.

It cost me the 300.00 in cash, and a 1/2 day of training down the road when we both can break free for a morning and head up to the Silver King Mine in Superior, Az. I have the key to the gate, so it's open when I want to be there.

I figure shooting with this guy isn't costing me anything but getting some range time practice in and show him a few tricks at the same time.

I enjoy the barter system anytime I can like most here right?

Very nice!!!!

As for fire resistance anybody, is there a material that can be added to the inside to make it somewhat resistant to heat?

And you can buy this sign in aluminum for $11

And even cheaper in plastic

It's my understanding, most safe companies use one or two layers 5/8 inch dry wall (sheet rock) to line their safes to give it about a 1500 degree 20-30 minute fire rating.

Look around at some of the safe sites on the web.

Don't hold me to it... but it would definitely help to some extent I would think.

BTW.... very cool safe! Congrats
