Girl... you sure have a way with words! Excellent range report! And your excitement almost jumped off my screen. I just bought a XD9sc, my first Springfield, (I love it, btw) and now you got me wanting another 1911!

I've got two 1911's in .45 so now I'm thinking why not get a 1911 in the 9mm? Like you, I wasn't big on the idea of a 1911 in other than .45 but after reading how Springfield really built the EMP for the 9mm I'm thinking, ok... lets see how it works.

The EMP sure is a sweet looking pistola. Keep us posted as the rounds go downrange! I'm anxious to hear a weeks end report!

Okay.. I have a confession to make.

This morning I ran out of the apartment having the feeling I forgot something.. and what did I forget? The camera.

I was hoping the guy wouldn't come in to pick up the EMP until tomorrow but my luck's not that good.

He came and picked up his gun tonight so I was not able to take any pictures.

Sorry guys.

Maybe when we get some in from Springfield I'll be able to take some comparison pictures.
