I'll be he's been using the WC the same way for 35 years and never had a problem with the gun going off. I can just picture a guy going through his daily routine for 35 years hanging his gun by the trigger guard, never once thinking "Maybe I should not do this." Retarded at best. What a moron.

You know what, this would be a great opportunity for some of you holster makers to market a product to courthouses and police departments across the country. No, not a hook for the door, but some type of semi universal kydex holster that can be screwed to the wall of the stall by the tissue dispenser.

That way numbsculls like this can at least take a crap without endangering peoples lives.

What would the reaction of the police be for a civilian that did the same thing? Certainly more than just dismissing it as an accident.

I would think the department should issue him a new gun---one of those NAA mini revolvers that don't have trigger guards so he could not hang it up in that fashion anymore.
