You'll have an unusual surprise when you find out it's gonna cost $60 to ship it. Sometimes the manufacturer will send you a UPS mailing label and hence you don't have to pay for the shipping.

Another possibility would be to take it to a glock Armourer at your local gun show and have him take a look at it. it might just be a simple swap of a part.

Interesting up here the best bet is Canadapost insured is about $20 for a handgun and you don't have to tell them what's inside, but it must be signed for at the door or office pickup. I am glad there is at least one thing cheaper about guns up here than down there!

Could you be a little more specific about where the cracks area? If it is just a broken part, you could save yourself a lot of shipping charges. Can you take a pic of the damage and post it? BTW I'm a Glock armorer and may be able to help you out.

If the frame is cracked, it will need to go back to GA. A couple of years ago, Glock had a problem with a very few G19 frames. I don't know if it extended to other models as well.

Is this a new gun? I would be calling Glock and asking for a PP shipping label.

I'd use Fedex.
