I have small hands (most small mens gloves fit or are slightly loose). 1911's are good, and I favor the arched mainsprings. I have never had problems with any Sig. HK P7's and USP's (except for the 45's) are no problem. XD's, Kahrs, BHP's, Beretta's, and CZ's (my personal favorite) are all good. Don't like Glocks, but only because they are too blocky and square, they shift in my hand during recoil and the finger grooves are off for my hands.

Don't know about the rest of your list, I've only shot revolvers a handful of times.

Someone mentioned the Sig P239 these are great for small hands. The Kahrs are good as well. My wife really likes her CW9.

+1 on XD. A big part of why an XD is my EDC is because how well it fit my mitt. Still think a double stack .45 that fits my hand is a minor miracle

In addition to the S&W 642 J frame revolver, the Walther P99c is great. It comes with two different back strapes, and I find the smaller is perfect for small hands. You can decock the striker and carry in D/A, with each pull thereafter being a sweet S/A.

The new Walther PPS is also a good gun for small hands. My favorite is still the BHP. Hard to beat such a beautiful, reliable gun.

My hands are fairly small and I'm comfortable with my Ruger P345. It is a single stack so the grip is narrow. It is easily controlled and accurate.

I've got smallish hands - same size as my girlfriend's and thinner to boot. My brother, who I shoot with, has very large hands. Based on my experience and on watching him, there's more of a question of individual preference.

I can shoot thick double stack glocks just fine, or 686 revolvers, but my small size makes a P-3AT comfortable for me (grip-wise) while he can't really hold it right. I know a woman who's maybe 5'3 / 100 lbs and her gun is the 357 686. She shoots better than I do - by a lot - and definitely has even smaller hands than mine.

All said, I've never liked anything better than the SIG P230. Goes exactly where I point it.

My vote is to pick a bunch of guns up, and try going to a range where you can rent as many different guns as possible. I hate the experience of using smaller revolvers, but love how smaller semis feel. Many disagree. You'll need to find your own comfort point -- it's an extremely individual question.

Good luck!

Smith&Wesson 908 9mm single stack, excellent for CC
Glock 36, slim line 45acp, single stack 6+1, one of my top carries
Kahr T9 or T40 (mine), single stack, BHP grip contour, top choice
S&W Model 60-15, J frame 357, 3" barrel
