Advice needed - M&P holster for IPSC

Howdy again.. I'm going to try my hand at IPSC pretty soon but I need a holster. I have no idea what types of holsters people are using so hopefully some of you can point me in the right direction. I have no idea of what diff. types people use or what brands either..

I've got a M&P full size 45 and looking for something inexpensive to moderately priced. From what I've read, you shouldn't start out with the expensive stuff until you get used to it and figure out what you want/need.

Thanks in advance,

dvick

I posted a thread about this last week, holsters for the full-size are scarce at the moment since it is longer than the rest of the M&P line and relatively new. I ordered a holster from Brock which IIRC should be IPSC-legal and he has fast turn-around times. Bluegrass Holsters and Sheaths

Comp-tac also has some IPSC holsters if you want to go the Kydex route, they have belt and paddle holsters and are delivering rather quickly also.

Blackhawk lists the same holster for the M&P45 as the Glock 20/21.
You might try some other brands Glock applications as well. Mite work ,mite not.

I use a Serpa for both my 226 and M&P for IPSC.
