Guns to buy before Obama takes over!?!?!

I have been thinking about the upcoming election and I am very disturbed by the thought of Obama winning. When he actually does vote he is consistently on the far left (extreme liberal). SO... I am quite convinced that he would push through very anti-gun legislation. What types of firearms are most in danger? Are we going to see limitations on magazine capacity? Or perhaps a ban on AR-15s because they are "assault weapons? What are some key rifles/handguns and ammunition that you would want to own before that dunce takes office?

Anything and everything would be at risk. Shotguns, rifles, pistols, magazines, hunting, sporting, military. We'd be kidding ourselves if we were to specify certain firearms as those more likely to get disallowed in the future of America. The devil's minion would want them all gone at whatever price, no matter what. Take your pick. Consider what you'd most like to have with you for any scenario after the SHTF and you leave your abode and run for the hills.

i have the fear also, if we have anything taken from us it will most likely be ar's ak's, high power bolt actions. theres both here with me now, a bushmaster ar, and a rem 700 .308, and all i have to say is that they will have another ruby ridge on there hands if they try to take any of my firearms away

More than new guns, we should be purchasing a surplus of ammo for those that we already have.

The lefty's are getting smarter and comming to the realization that upping taxes on ammo would generate the same effects as a ban on the gun that uses them.

You forgot to mention ammunition.

I agree with the ammo issue. We're already seeing many more retailers quitting sales. The administration has found a loophole that doesn't conflict with the Second Amendment. Getting rid of guns will be one tough fight. Not so tough to legislate and tax ammo out of existence.

+1 to that. we're talking about a guy who opposes concealed carry privileges, and who'd more than likely try to pass national gun control laws. every gun is at risk.

as for what i'd get myself, i've already got a WASR 10 on layaway.
