I'm going to just buy high capacity magazines for the firearms that I have.

A garage full of arms isn't much good without mags & ammunition....
A few; multiples of the same model; spare mags, parts and any special tools needed for repair.

i think its ALWAYS a good idea to have a large stockpile of ammo, food, and water. You never know when something bad is going to happen.
whether its overthrowing the govt, a war on our turf, or aliens taking over the world.

but as far as specifically related to banning done by stupid ppl in our govt that might happen soon- i might be getting a carbine with a few high round mags.

Still have everything I bought before the first AWB, 100-30 round mags for the ARs and AKs plus some 75 and 100 round drums for AKs and several cases each of military surplus 5.56; 7.62X39; 7.62X51; 9mm and .45 ammo . I will buy some more standard capacity mags for the pistols.

I will probably take my coming “rebate” check and buy some AR lowers ($600 = 6 lowers); Hey the government wants use to spend it right

Ammo, mags, and guns. Yes! Clips - maybe a few.

No way to know - its not a law, so they could potentially write it however they want. That being said, the lowers are the only thing with a serial number on it, so it seems likely only the lowers would/could be effected by a ban. It sure would be nice if we didn't have to worry about it, huh?
