The last AWB DID effect uppers. Some of the anti's NO-NOs were bayonet lugs & flash hiders, both of which are on the upper!

Yes, but I'll be caching most of them

This weekend will be another trip to the gun show. Need to pick up an XD for Mrs. Nelson, a new 12 gauge pump, more ammo and accessories. Thank God there are a couple more gun shows before next Jan. 20th to allow us to get more.

My Sinister Workshop (Registered Trademark) is littered with "in plain sight" cache parts for conversion to in home use. I'll need to pick up some reloading eqpt and supplies also, hope I'll have enough time and money!

I've got an AR in layaway about halfway paid off and just put an 870 Express on layaway last payday. I might pick up a stripped lower receiver (mainly because I think it'd be fun to do a custom build) but when my current layaways are paid off I'll be concentrating on mags, ammo and parts.

Regardless of "whether" or "when" the next Administration decides to push for another AWB, I think we're about to see skyrocketting prices brought on by a mixture of increased demand by concerned gun owners and price gouging by unscrupulous dealers/suppliers.

I'm contemplating this one seriously....

Looks like I can get only ONE more wep by the end of the year....

I've got bolt-guns (.303, .270, .243) and a short pump shotty... but...I'm down to two pistols...

So...that's my dilemma... another .45ACP pistol, or an AR or a good AK.... ?????? I dunno.... I'd like to have the AR if I can swing it... Just don't know if I can spend a full $1000 on wep, mags, ammo.......

In a fight, my pistol is used to get me to my rifle. Buy an AR and ammo and mags. Don't spend the extra money on top of the line a good performing rifle and mags.

I think my plans for this event will remain classified.

Looks like Romney is suspending his campaign. Guess its pretty much between the least of all 3 evils for the GOP.

Well...since my last post I've horse-traded pistols... Looks like I'll come out ahead... That money can go toward a rifle. My dealer's got some good deals coming in...so...... A toast to financial discipline and...*crosses fingers*...a new black rifle....
