I did buy another AK, just in case they get banned again.

I bought most of my guns before the last ban went into effect, so I'm in good shape there.

Well i already had my carry permit but my wife figured she had better get off her butt a couple months ago & get it because of that very reason. I also have seen the rash in CCW classes around her lately & alot are saying that very thing.
We ALL need to vote & keep those worthless Dem's out of office

I'd like to think I will or am now buying more, but thats pretty impossible to do. I think one is enough.

I voted "yes," but I think I will actually confine my purchases to more ammunition for a while. I'll need a new gun safe if I buy more firearms.

I suppose anything I purchase this year will be something that I perceive as 'more likely to be banned'. Things that have been banned in the past are my best guess. EBRs, high cap, etc.

I am going to maintain my current plans. I don't think the presidential election will have any impact on the slow but steady progress we are achieving in states enacting CCW and Castle Doctrine legislation. Frankly, the Federal government does not have much influence on state laws, no matter how anti-gun the next president may be.

Unless the next president nullifies state laws.

Presidential politics doesn't affect my shooting decisions... yet.
If the obamination were to be elected and the country would take a left turn, then yes.

I guess I'm an optimist about political matters. I don't think matters will get too uncomfortable, but then again I vote for every conservative on the ticket.

Presently I'm focused on stocking practice ammo and reloading supplies. I might buy an AR before the election but that a money issue, not a political one.

At my age I have all the guns I need for self-defense, and shooting enjoyment. I always keep an ample (for me) supply of ammunition on hand, and I replace what I use every month. If it should appear that politicians begin a move toward limiting the sale or availability of ammunition, then I will take action to increase my supply before any new restrictions go into effect. Until then, like MaxLoad, I shall vote only for pro-gun conservative candidates.
