Curio pistols in NY?
In NY, one needs a permit to purchase a handgun. However, if one holds a curio&relic license, he can have all firearms which qualify shipped directly to him. Do you think curio pistols would need to be declared on a pistol permit, or would you be covered with the 03 ffl? I suppose if I held the ffl, it may be addressed, but I've been pondering this...

Only C&R long guns can be shipped to 03 ffl holders in NY. Handguns still have to be shipped to an 01 ffl like any other handgun. Most c&r dealers (aim surplus or century arms, etc.) state that in their shipping policies. Whisky19 |
