Paco, why don't you give us a short list and see if there's any interest?

Any thoughts on Bud's. I've been very happy on the buying side. Gun Classifieds - BudsGunShop.com

You do know that we have a lot of folks from the DFW area on here. Why not start with listing them here on DCC first and see what happens.

Here we go.

1. Springfield Model 18C, bolt action and a clip
2. Rossi .410 bore 3"
3. Topper Jr. Model 490

They are not in mint condition and have as small amount of rust on them. They were "trades" my Grandfather made back in the day when he ran a gas station that also had a bar in it in Greensboro NC, he would buy these things off of people and then get his money back in Chick-O-Stix and beer.

Holy cow, this is a much better picture of a Topper Jr, looks like he has as much rust as I do, now I don't feel as bad.

GunBroker.com guns: H & R Topper Jr model 490, 410 ga. (item: 101710269 ends: Jun-12-08 1010 PM)

I usually try here & another gun forum first. I've been able to wheel & deal for free so far. If that doesn't work, then try gunbroker or auctionarms (for a fee).

My usual deal for local sales is to see a DL or even better yet CHL in person before doing the sale. If they have a CHL, then you know they are not a felon. Some people get a bill of sale but it is not required per ATF rules. Some people will not do a sale, as they don't want "big brother" having a record.

Here's a good site for ATF rules. Make sure to look at section B, "UNLICENSED PERSONS". A "licensed" person per ATF is an FFL holder. Section B1 & B16 are important.

ATF Online - Firearms FAQs

P.S. Sent PM by mistake.
