Need info on Snubbies

First off I'm an auto guy. I own one revolver. A six inch 686. I'm really getting the bug for a snubby. Because of cost, I'm looking at the Taurus 605. (unless I find something used). Any opinions on the Taurus guns from people who have one is appreciated. I also have two specific questions.
1) what about fast reloads? I hate speed loaders. How do strips work? Can you use moon clips?
2) Holster suggetions? Thanks for any help here. I'm getting a headache.

IIRC for the 605 you'd have to modify the cylinder to use moon clips

I've tried the strips with my 642, with practice it can be quick, but not as fast as a speed loader IMHO.

Holster options? I generally carry my snub in a Galco Speed Master or a UBG tuckable Nassar.

I own a 605 and really like it.

+ 1 to JD, I carry strips but they are not as fast as a speed loader.

I use a Don Hume H715 IWB or a cheap Uncle Mikes pokect holster

I carry one speedloader or 2 speed strips. Usually in a pocket all by themselves.

when I carry my snubby I carry two speedloaders stacked in a black canvass and velcro cell phone belt pouch and I carry two speed strips in a PDA wallet in my back pocket... that gives me 30 rounds of .357...

I own a S&W J-Frame. Not a particular fan of it. Its light and small, but not particularly thin (which is important if you carry IWB). Its less fun to shoot then my Glock 27. I can do about 50 rounds with it at most.

I keep it in the bedroom. It got laser sights which are nice at night. But I carry a Glock 27. Also: it only has 5 rounds. I haven't looked at speed loaders but I doubt they come close to switching magazines.

Tauruses are ok, I like S&W's better. You didn't say anything about hammer configuration (maybe you have your mind made up on that), but I prefer a shrouded hammer.

I don't think the Tauruses take moon clips, speed strips/loaders are your best bet. With strips you load two rounds at a time, slower than the loader, but easier to conceal.

I have a desantis nemesis that works pretty well for pocket carry.

The cell phone case thing is pretty clever. I never really thought much about hammers. Quess I should think on that.
