Kimber Classic Custom
Have an opportunity to buy a Kimber Classic Custom in .45 for $625.
Could maybe talk it down a little. Is this a fair price (assuming it is in good condition), and is there anything I should look for in particular? I have yet to see it. I know a little more about Colts, but I'm open to new things. |

Classic Custom often means an original Clackamas Kimber. Either way, it's worth well more than the asking price. If there are no problems, I'd buy it. In fact, I will. If you don't want it, have the dealer send me photos.

Clackamas is the town in Oregon where KImber used to have their plant. I to would like to have this pistols. These pistols don't have the Schwartz firingpin safety. In my opinion they are a much better firearm then the current KinberII.
I think that the price is fair if the pistol is in good condition. I would also like to see pictures. |

Make sure you do this function check on the gun before buying. If your not familiar with everything in it, print it out and take it with you to preform it.

Try archer51's function check (great post)...if it passes this smell test...buy it...can't beat a good Kimber.
