Has anyone seen or heard of any 22lr conversion kits for a XD?

This thread describes the only credible .22 XD conversion that I've seen.
From shot show-XD .22 conversion kit available in late 2007 - XDTalk Forums - Your HS2000/SA-XD Information Source! It was seen at the 2007 SHOT show and supposed to be available later that year. If you read that thread, you'll see that it has yet to show up. :(
