I know the brain trust out in New Mexico was or is working on a bullet that would be laser guided, but we are talking 20 mm at a minimum, so maybe I should call it a shell and another design that was radar guided.

The science behind it gave me a headache, but interesting none the less and I would most likely run out of spaces on my calculator, long before I ever deciphered the math.

Primary use for it, would be ultra long range sniping, but there was talk about using it in close in anti missile defense system like the phalanx.

Biggest hurdle to date is designing something small enough.

As far as the person in question....Has any contacted the local loony bin to see if the have misplaced a resident?
