Gun Trade? need opinions

Heres the backstory:

I had a two-tone Springfield XD 4" Service model chambered in .40 originally and had put it up for sale and ended up trading for a Springfield Champion 1911.

I need the cash however, so i put up the 1911 (i already have another as my carry) for sale, and was offered a Sig P226 (no rail) chambered in 9mm. I also need a 9 for the girlfriend, but am pretty certain if I dont keep it, i can sell it for 100 more than the 1911, but im not sure. Whats the thoughts of you all?

i currently am asking 600 for the 1911, and believe I could sell the sig for 700. Opinions?

I don't think you could sell the 226 for $700. Your champ is a little tougher to come by, and you could probably get top dollar for it. As good as a gun the 226 is, they are easy to come by, and for a lot less than 700.

You could buy a new one for that, with regular capacity mags unlike the 10's pictured.
