FAS1 Quick Access Pistol Safe

I posted this on another forum, but I'm so impressed, I'd thought I'd post it here.

I wanted to buy another R & D pistol safe for home use, but to my disappointment I found they are no longer being made. After owning a sturdy safe like that I wasn't really impressed with what I could find. A friend told me about a post on another forum about the FAS1 Quick Access Pistol Safe. The guy was offering 25% off if you ordered a safe with a posted coupon code. They're a little spendy, but so was my R & D.

I actually received it today. Here's a couple of pics with my G19. It's a sturdy little safe with a simplex type lock. It has a gas piston that pops the door open for fast access with a nylon holster. I don't know what pistols fit the holster, but my G 19 & 17 fit just fine. Here's a link for more info and the coupon code . Buy the way, it's made right here in the USA!

Coupon Code: M0908ILJO

I made a mistake on the Coupon Code. It is "MM0908ILJO". I believe it is still good.

Has anyone else bought one ?

Looks like a great safe, but a little pricey at the moment for me.

Ya, I know what you mean. I was able to talk the "Boss" into getting it at one of her weak moments.
