I heard they would give out gold plated guns to higherups for as rewards,but if Saddam had a falling out with them they would shoot them with it and put it back in the armory for the next guy

It's not just Saddam, I saw a bunch of gold plated AKs in peoples homes in Iraq. Pretty funny stuff and some gangsta photo ops
