I think that the Walther PPK is a great looking gun for a movie, I just wouldn't own another one.

I'm kind of partial to the H&Ks used in Tomb Raider. But I also like the rifles used in SHOOTER and the H&K USP used by Tom Cruise in COLLATERAL.

I'm partial to what I'm partial to, 1911s.
Surprise. :p

'Heat'

The actual Colt Officers ACP used by Al Pacino in the film as Vincent Hanna.

Movie clip - YouTube - HEAT - weapons check and shotgun breach
I EDC a Colt Defender.

But if I had to specifically pick a movie gun it would hands down easy thought be that of what the Clerics carry in the film 'Equillibrium'.

Taye Diggs as Cleric 'Brandt' with a Beretta 93R

I also EDC a full sized steel 1911 9MM

Han's Blaster was a Mauser C96

Most of the weapons in the original Star Wars films were real guns made to look like Space weapons.

Believe it or not, I have always thought that Walker's 9mm on the show is a TAURUS M92 instead of the Beretta. I base this on the fact that (IIRC) the safety is FRAME mounted on the Taurus while on the Beretta it is SLIDE mounted. Walker's 9mm on the show had a FRAME mounted safety. Again, If I Recall Correctly. Maybe somebody can hunt down and post side by side pix and preferably a telling (definitive) pic from the show? Gotta go, late for work!
