The movie "The International" with Clive Owen had a bunch of great guns in it. It was a very good movie too.

Since someone mentioned The Rifleman, I assume that TV shows count. Therefore, I vote for the Mare's Leg that Steve McQueen used in Wanted: Dead or Alive.

I love WW2 guns, from any nation. One that comes to mind is the 1911 Tom Hanks had in Saving Private Ryan.
