In MEN IN BLACK both guys had the newest high tech chromed out shotties, but still had to pump the action.

In TERMINATOR gunshop scene Arnold asks for a phased plasma rifle in 40 watt range, even the cyborg couldnt carry that heavy piece.

I tried that once with a couple of targets I missed both of them LOL

That gag was also featured in some of the Lethal Weapon movies with Mel Gibson. I almost stopped seeing his stuff after he said that anti-NRA line in the third movie. Along with the whole BOGUS "cop killer" plot line. A 9mm "armor piercing" round that slices right thru the blade of a bulldozer to kill the bad guy! PUH-LEASE. But I knew the whole deal was all orchestrated by Hollyweird when Gibson's character uttered the line about the psycho with the flame thrower being a rep for the NRA. The way he said it, you could tell he didn't really believe it. He's an awesome actor. If he wanted it to resonate he'd have made us believe the line. Some really antigun actor like STALLONE or CLOONEY would have relished the line so much you'd feel it in your guts. But Mel Gibson is very conservative and pro-gun. He is or used to be a member of the John Birch Society. One of their magazine covers was on the wall in the movie "Conspiracy Theory." I've heard that from members of the group, too.
I just tried the take the beretta apart with a loaded mag and it worked.

These actions are supposed to stop the firearm from shooting, but you would have to be faster than a speeding bullet.
True but they work I know im not fast enough LOL

One of the worst (and it actually isn't about the gun handling ) Is when the police are able to "check the national gun registry" to see who owns a gun or they go to a suspects home to ask them about a gun and the first thing the suspect says it "it's registered" or "I have a license" Or when you see the cute female cop in the tight jeans and the real short blouse and there's no way in Hell that she could possibly be carrying a firearm but there it is when she needs it ( happens all the time on Castle)

I have two, both Western film related.

1. When lawman/BG jumps off horse for a gunfight in the rocks and leaves his Winchester in scabbard on horse.

2. In the Spaghetti Western "God's Gun" with Lee Van Cleef and Jack Palance. Jack Palance fires his revolver, a Colt SAA 1873, twice in the holster to show he is now empty. He fires both rounds DA without cocking the hammer!

In the movie "Shoot 'em Up," the GG jumps out of a jet and is quickly followed by 30+ BG's (no parachutes on anyone). The GG shoots the BG's while falling to earth at 150+ MPH and the BG's fly backwards as if hit point blank with a shotgun.
