14 shot .44 magnum revolvers. Continuity person not doing their job.

Worst ever: Terminator 2... John Connor is running from the liquid metal terminator through the back corridors of the mall... the terminator is armed with a Beretta 92. He fires about 23 shots at Arnold before changing mags... I guess that is an example of 15 plus 8 in the pipe...

Mustn’t forget, all BG’s carry .50 Desert Eagles and there is no recoil when they shoot.

1guns then never go empty.
2cold bore dead on shots from unreal distances
3no muzzle flip
4Actors who preach about evil guns yet love to play with them on set
5silencers that work too well
6plastic guns that don't set off metal detectors.
7guns that fit every holster (Shaft, Samuel L Jackson takes his BUG from an ankle rig and places it in his shoulder Rig)
8one shot one kill no matter the distance, caliber, or any other factor
9 bullet induced explosion
10 huge cannons carelessly tucked in a waist band that do not print

Worse, still, is the sound of the slide being racked when the gun is drawn. A more "commanding" sound, I suppose, but equally impossibly associated with the mere sight of a gun appearing from behind clothing or being drawn from a holster.

For example, in the Tom Hanks film Road To Perdition where Michael Sullivan is coming down the hallway to finish off Connor Rooney at the hotel. At the moment Sullivan pulls his 1911 from the SOB holster, the 1911 has a magic-slide-release sound play at the instant the gun appears in his hand. Gun in view = kaaa-chnk!! (Scene @ 02:30min in this trailer.)

Using guns that have to be cocked every other minute, or 10-round mags that hold 54 rounds...

Oh yeah one more...cops are at the murder scene and they find a revolver. They open the cyclinder, two casings are missing because the victim has been shot twice. Huh?????????

Don't forget the scene where Tom Hanks is putting together his Tommy Gun. The fore grip slides on with a loud metallic snap. Actually the fore grip on a real Thompson is held on by a long screw.

Yup.

That "snap!" sound is so much more satisfying to the anti-gun crowd, to signify GUN=DANGER=RUN!, and anyone who has a gun is dangerous.

Easier to do that than require people to think for themselves whether an action is dangerous or threatening. Can't be having them think for themselves, when there's one specific opinion the film makers want the people to have, regarding guns.

When the BG with a gun is knocked out or stunned and the person being attacked just turns and runs without grabbing the gun...
Stupid!
