These trick shots, while impressive are not as hard as they look. And as stated above any hit on the steel plate will usually break the balloon.
Just to hit a mansized steel plate at 100 and 200 yards is impressive, but I'd be even more impressed if they actually hit the balloons. I wrote the show asking they do those shots with the balloons attached to a plywood backing. We'll see if they accept my challenge.
Impossible Shots is a great show.

Yes, but keep in mind that he's still hitting that small steel plate at 200 yards with a box-stock snubbie held upside down and pulling the trigger with his pinkie finger in a mild cross-wind.
