Seat belt and bra stap (the new kevlar?)

Don't know if anybody saw this or not so I thought that I would post it.

I particularly like this quote:

He's talking about a 38 caliber round. that went through a windshield then hit the lady in the shoulder. She found the bullet in her lap.

You got to wonder about this sherriff, if he thinks a .38 is a "big bullett".

I think ''big'' here is only a caliber comment as against a power comment and certainly a 38 spl round could well be very usefully disrupted by windshield glass.
