| Defensive Knives & Other Weapons Most people that carry a gun also carry a knife or other weapon as a backup. Finding a good blade is often harder than finding a good pistol or revolver. |

If I might make a suggestion...
Most goodwill/salvation army stores will have a bin of old kitchen knives. They will be full of junk but I can usually find a few neglected but good quality knives with a few minutes effort. The best part is, you will rarely spend more than $5 even if you walk out with a box full. |

Also, check out the local flea market. They usually have a guy with a fishbowl full of $0.99 cruddy Chinese folders.

thanks! I did buy a few chinese cheapos at my local gun store but they are all 'chisel ground' and fairly sharp. None of my good knives are chisel ground so its not that good for practice.
