No, the grip length is longer too. I have one of the small/regular ones. My husband has a large one and it's quite a bit bigger both in blade and grip.

The small is a good size though and I carry it pretty consistently without issue.

You'd be surprised how many men I see in the nail salon with all of us gals. There were at least two the last time I went. One was getting a pedicure the other a manicure. Whatever works I guess.

I like my indestructible nails, at very least they are weapons in and of themselves.
